The goal is someone with Dev Enablement background with application development oriented skills/experience, who has transitioned into DevOps and/or Cloud Engineering. Not purely just Ops, Infra, SRE or Architect background.

Required Skills & Keywords:
- Jenkins & Groovy Mastery: Expert in Jenkins pipeline orchestration using Groovy (Shared Libraries) to build scalable, reusable automation.
- Modern SCM & CI/CD: Proficiency with GitHub (Actions, Workflows, and Advanced Security) and Git-based branching strategies.
- Automation & Tooling: Advanced Bash scripting and Python development; experience using Flask to build internal tools/APIs is a major plus.
- Build Systems: Deep knowledge of Maven and Gradle for Java microservices and npm/yarn for Angular applications.
- App-Dev Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the end-to-end "Code-to-Cloud" flow, including containerization, automated testing integration, and deployment logic.
- Environment & Observability: Experience with Jenkins on EKS (or general cloud deployment) and familiarity with Splunk and Datadog for monitoring and logging.
