Job responsibilities Providing L2 support and troubleshooting for various web-based applications, ensuring flawless performance and uptime.
Coordinating and maintaining Linux systems, applying your scripting expertise in Python, BASH, JAVA, and JavaScript to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
Bringing to bear your hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Salt and Ansible to streamline operations and deploy code successfully.
Managing and optimizing AWS environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Troubleshooting network issues, including DNS, ISO OSI stack, SSH/SSL/SFTP, and other security-related challenges.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine root causes of issues and implementing proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
