Job Summary (DevSecOps Engineer D365, San Antonio, TX)
- Support and maintain DevSecOps processes and best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments within a large Azure enterprise.
- Build, enhance, and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for D365 applications.
- Improve release management and application lifecycle management processes.
- Integrate security controls and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with development, platform, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues in Azure and D365 environments.
- Drive automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Promote and support DevSecOps adoption across D365 applications and integrations.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Strong Azure and Azure DevOps background
- Experience developing and automating CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud security and DevSecOps knowledge
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, etc.)
- Release management and application lifecycle management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Certifications:
- AZ-400 Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
- AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Additional Azure or DevSecOps certifications are a plus
