Sr. IT DevSecOps Engineer
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)
* Minimum 5+ years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience
* Proven experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications
* Experience implementing and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines
* 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience
* Minimum 1 year of AWS GovCloud experience
* Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, etc.)
* Experience managing multiple environments (Development, Test, Staging, Production)
* Strong Agile team collaboration experience
### Technical Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 6+ years of experience
* AWS GovCloud expertise
* Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
* Python and/or Bash scripting
* GitLab CI/CD or similar CI/CD tools
* Docker, Kubernetes, ECS
* AWS CloudWatch and monitoring solutions
* Cloud networking concepts
* Identity and Access Management (IAM)
* Git/version control systems
* Automated testing and testing frameworks
### Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure across multiple environments
* Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code
* Build and manage secure CI/CD pipelines
* Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
* Ensure compliance with government security standards
* Optimize application performance and reliability
* Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
* Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to teams
* Drive continuous improvement in cloud operations and security

Terraform/IaC expertise
