POSITION
DevSecOps Engineer (Azure / Kubernetes / .NET)
Start date & Location
5 days onsite Houston. Relo is fine if we can't find currently in Houston, but day 1 relo is required (MUST BE IN TEXAS)
REQUIRED SKILLS
Required Qualifications
-
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps / Cloud Engineering
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred) and containerization (Docker)
- Proficiency in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
- Experience implementing secure CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of application security practices (OWASP Top 10, threat modeling, vulnerability scanning)
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and branching strategies
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with security tools (e.g., Snyk, Checkmarx, SonarQube, Microsoft Defender for Cloud)
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) in Azure (RBAC, Managed Identities)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
- Experience in microservices architecture and API security
Technical Skills
