Key Responsibilities
- Provide application and production support for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across 3DX modules.
- Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to identify recurring issues.
- Work with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Support application patching, upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Perform RCA and implement preventive actions for recurring issues.
- Maintain incident, troubleshooting, and resolution documentation.
- Ensure application support activities follow required security and compliance standards.
