About the job:
- Own and optimize Diffusion processes. Maintain SPC performance and achieve process capability targets.（30%）
- Lead process troubleshooting, excursion investigation and MRB activities. Drive corrective and preventive actions.（20%）
- Drive Line Yield and PFY improvement through statistical analysis, DOE execution and process optimization.（20%）
- Lead cost reduction projects including consumable optimization, cycle time reduction and equipment utilization improvement.（20%）
- Support NPI, technology transfer, cross-functional continuous improvement projects.（10%)
About you:
- Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
- At least two years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Diffusion processes including Oxidation, Drive, deposition, LPCVD.
- Familiar with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plan and process capability analysis
- Experience in process troubleshooting, yield improvement and continuous improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving tools.
- Good communication and report-writing skills in Chinese and English
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong planning and time management skills.
