Senior Developer – Aprimo (DAM & PM)
As a Senior Developer, you will:
1. Design and implement metadata models, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and asset lifecycle states.
2. Configure ingestion pipelines, asset renditions, transformations, and automated processing rules.
3. Build and enhance DAM workflows (approval, review, publishing, expiration, rights management).
4. Configure permissions, roles, and security models; enforce governance and compliance.
5. Enable asset distribution and downstream usage via portals, collections, downloads, and integrations.
6. Configure and customize Aprimo workflows, work requests, project templates, tasks, forms, workflows, SLAs, and approval cycles.
7. Implement resource management, capacity planning support.
8. Develop/maintain custom dashboards, reports, views, and work item automation.
9. Improve operational efficiency through automation, validations, and standardization.
10. Development using Aprimo APIs (REST), webhooks/event-based patterns where applicable. Must-Have Skills:
1. 6+ years of overall development experience in Digital Asset Management, Workflow Automation solutions with 3+ years hands-on in Aprimo.
2. Strong experience in Aprimo DAM configuration and workflow.
3. Strong experience in Aprimo PM / Work Management / Marketing Operations configuration.
4. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, integration patterns, and troubleshooting.
5. Strong understanding of metadata management, taxonomy, tagging, and asset governance.
6. Experience with SSO/Identity integration and role-based access control (RBAC).
7. Strong debugging skills; able to analyze logs, API responses, integration issues.
