As our Digital & Process Management Lead based in Sant Cugat,Spain, you will influence the global deployment and ongoing improvement of DOP’s processes, systems, and data. Your work will shape the Diagnostics Global Operations transformation and impact supplier value creation worldwide.
Responsibilities
Digitalization & Innovation: Identify, plan, and execute digitalization initiatives (e.G., process automation, tool deployment). Orchestrate stakeholders, develop business cases, drive user adoption, and benchmark digital procurement capabilities.
Global Initiatives (ASPIRE & iCollab): Represent DOP in the Roche‑wide ASPIRE transformation program (D2P stream). Deliver project milestones, lead end‑to‑end process design, and transition projects into sustainable operations.
Business Process Management: Manage the D2P process landscape within DOP. Collaborate with the Global Business Process Owner to develop specifications, ensure compliant execution, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Financial Scope: Oversee and manage budgets within the GRP for multi‑year initiatives (ASPIRE, iCollab, FOM Integration).
Talent Leadership: Coach and develop a global team of up to 15 professionals, fostering a culture of psychological safety and high performance.
Qualifications
Education: University degree required (business or life sciences preferred). Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) and professional purchasing certifications (e.G., CIPS) are preferred.
Experience: 7+ years in Procurement, including 3–5 years in process improvement and systems deployment, and 3–5 years in Business Process Management.
Technical & Digital Expertise: Proficient in ERP systems (SAP), BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot), and spend analytics. Familiar with procurement technology service providers.
AI & Digitalization: Strong interest in AI‑driven solutions for digital transformation (Digital2.0 / Industry4.0). Encourage team growth in AI application knowledge.
Process Mindset: Lean and/or Six Sigma mindset with strong “process‑first” thinking.
Communication & Change Management: Proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement, change management, conflict resolution, and presentation of performance indicators to senior leadership.
Languages: Business‑level fluency in English required;
