Sr Digital Program Manager – Website Launch

Full-time

Duties:

We’re rebuilding *.com from scratch — not a redesign, not a facelift, a full platform migration to a composable DXP serving a global audience. This is a *B company’s digital front door, and we need someone who’s done this before (more than once) to own the delivery from kickoff to go-live.

This isn’t a “keep the spreadsheet updated” PMO role. This is a hands-on, senior delivery lead who understands how enterprise websites get launched. The content workflows, the stakeholder politics, the technical dependencies, and the hundred decisions that need to happen before anyone hits publish.

What you’ll own

  • End-to-end delivery of the new *.com launch from platform migration, content readiness, internal approvals, vendor coordination, and go-live execution.
  • Content migration program ensuring 100% of editorial content is audited, classified, produced, and migrated to the new DXP with zero gaps at launch.
  • Stakeholder alignment across Marketing, IT, Product, Regional teams, and C-level (CMO/CIO) driving decisions, not waiting for them.
  • Vendor and agency management that includes internal / external content production agencies, localization vendors, and technical implementation partners.
  • Cross-functional governance to run the cadence, removing blockers, escalating before things become problems.
  • Regional coordination with approval workflows across all regions with different compliance requirements, localization needs, and stakeholder structures.
  • Go-live readiness: QA, rollback planning, SEO validation, URL mapping, and launch-day execution

You can say yes to most of these:

  • Led 2+ full corporate website launches or platform migrations for enterprise-scale companies (500+ pages, multiple markets)
  • Managed content migration programs including audit, classification, production, and localization workflows
  • Worked with composable/headless CMS platforms, PIM integrations, and DAM systems
  • Coordinated 10+ internal stakeholders and external vendors simultaneously without losing the thread
  • Navigated global organizations with regional approval workflows and compliance requirements
  • Delivered projects on a fixed deadline where “we’ll push it back” wasn’t an option
  • Run governance structures that work not just meetings, but decisions
  • Understand SEO migration, URL mapping, 301 redirects, and what “zero regression” means in practice

Skills:

The ideal background

We’re open-minded about where you come from. What matters is you’ve delivered this kind of work at enterprise scale. That could mean:

  • Digital/web agency veteran: You’ve launched dozens of enterprise websites and know the playbook cold. You’re ready for a client-side role where you own the outcome, not just the deliverable.
  • Management consultant: You’ve run large-scale digital transformation programs at McKinsey, Client, Client, or similar, and want to actually build something instead of writing another deck about it.
  • Corporate digital leader between roles: You’ve been a Head of Digital, Director of Web, or similar and you’re looking for a high-impact interim project that leverages your full experience.
  • Returning professional: You’ve been on parental leave or a career break and want to re-enter with a meaty, high-visibility project that leverages your full experience.
  • Recently impacted by layoffs: You have deep expertise in this space and want a focused engagement that keeps you sharp while you evaluate full-time options.

Hard requirements

  • 10+ years in digital project delivery, web platform launches, or digital transformation
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise website migrations on time and on budget
  • Deep understanding of content operations: CMS, PIM, DAM, localization workflows, editorial governance
  • Experience with DXP/composable architectures and you know the difference between a monolithic CMS and a modern content platform
  • Stakeholder management at C-level where you’ve presented to CMOs, CIOs, and steering committees and you don’t flinch
  • Physical presence in Westerville, Ohio. On-site role, minimum 3 days/week, up to 5 days/week during critical phases.
  • Available to start within the next 2–3 weeks
