Offre n° - Directeur des Opérations F/H - Direction commerciale et marketing Descriptif du poste: Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients dans le secteur de la distribution BtoB un Directeur des Opérations. Responsabilités
Animate and manage teams, support skill development and talent growth, recruit and train staff. Track performance indicators (KPI) and steer related action plans. Promote the company culture and group projects, support change management. Oversee the financial results of the region, track performance indicators and optimize costs. Deploy the strategy and ensure operational application. Guarantee agency profitability, define and monitor the budget. Supervise administrative, accounting and financial management of multiple profit centers. Manage inventory and logistics flows. Contribute to cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement of practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience in a similar role managing large teams and steering BtoB activity. Experience in structured, matrix environments with client management and performance tracking. Leadership and ability to rally, support and train teams. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in demanding contexts. Experience in distribution, industry or retail environments required. Experience of 7 years (mandatory) and sector experience in workforce placement agencies (if relevant).
