We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Water Treatment Project Coordinator. This position will support the design and tendering of water treatment projects across various sectors such as Industrial, Medical, Municipal, Pharma, and Data Centres. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in project coordination, documentation management, and water treatment, and will be looking to grow their career within a dynamic team.

Assist in managing and maintaining project registers and trackers to ensure projects are on schedule.

Help prepare, organise, and upload documentation to client's documentation portals as per project requirements.
Coordinate information from multiple ongoing projects to ensure smooth communication across teams.
Attend virtual project meetings and assist with taking meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
Support the preparation of Sage quotations and project documentation for client handover.
Help manage project documentation milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain regular communication with clients and project team members to ensure project progress is aligned with expectations.
Collaborate with the project team in the development of conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for water treatment projects.

Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Knowledge of completing PQQ's (Pre Qualifying Questionnaires).
Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a wide range of water treatment projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn MS Project and Sage software.
Knowledge of basic project coordination and documentation management practices is a plus. xhfqzwm
