In this essential role, you will work on Water Treatment Technical Information Control across a number of sectors such as Industrial, Medical, Municipal, Pharma and Data Centres. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Managing and maintain organised technical information databases
  • Track documentation status, numbering and revisions to ensure accuracy
  • Coordination of information from multiple projects simultaneously
  • Preparation of project documentation for client approval
  • Prepare weekly and monthly documentation reports
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers and project team members
  • Identify process improvement to enhance document control efficiency

Additional qualifications required include:


  • 2-3 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projects
  • Strong detail‑oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive attitude
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Procore, ACC, AutoCAD and Revit experience is essential
  • Experience in the engineering or construction sector is an advantage
