Job Description: Responsibilities:
- Provide document and/or records management services in accordance with established policies, and procedures.
- Provide project support for Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) such as Aconex.
- Interface on a routine basis with a variety of project personnel in resolution of questions, issues or actions.
- Assist in the review of data entry accuracy for assigned work by performing daily, weekly, and monthly quality checks.
- Assist project team members with questions or issues related to document numbering, work process, electronic/digital signatures, legibility, etc.
- Assemble information needed to support project activities.
- Produce reports using standard office automation tools such as MS Excel or Word.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years recent document/records/information management experience. Experience in EPC industry is desirable
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

- Strong analytical skills to identify problems as well as develop and implement solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills to provide daily user support.
