Fremantle Ports refreshed 2027 Strategic Plan marks an exciting new chapter for one of Australia’s most successful ports. As we invest in major infrastructure and redevelopment projects, we're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Document Controller to join our KBT Redevelopment Project team.
We're keen to hear from professionals with experience in document control, records management, information governance, compliance, or project administration. You may have worked as a Document Controller, Records Officer, Information Management Officer, Project Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator, or in a similar role where maintaining accurate information and supporting business operations was a key responsibility.
Whether your experience comes from infrastructure, engineering, construction, government, utilities, mining, transport, or another regulated industry, you'll understand the importance of document integrity, compliance, and efficient information management.
About the Role
As the Document Controller, you'll support the successful delivery of the KBT Redevelopment Project by ensuring project information is accurate, organised, and easily accessible. Working closely with project stakeholders, you'll maintain document control processes while supporting quality, compliance, and project administration activities.
