.NET Full Stack Developer (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Dallas, TX (Local Candidates Preferred)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (W2 Required for Initial 2 Years)
About the Role
We are seeking experienced .NET Full Stack Developers to join a team supporting a critical mortgage servicing application within the home lending industry. This application helps homeowners retain ownership of their properties and avoid foreclosure by providing essential mortgage-related information and support services.
The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience with a primary focus on front-end/UI development while also contributing to backend services and API development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
- Build and support RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to automation efforts and application quality initiatives.
- Support enhancements and new development within mortgage servicing applications.
Required
- 2+ years of hands-on .NET development experience (5–6+ years preferred for senior-level candidates).
- Strong experience with:
- C#
- .NET Core
- ASP.NET
- REST API Development
- Full Stack Web Application Development
- Front-end experience with:
- Angular (Preferred)
- React (Acceptable)
- Ability to work across both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience participating throughout the SDLC.

- Candidates must be able to work on a W2 basis for the initial 2-year contract period.
- No fresh graduates; hands-on development experience is required.
- Dallas-area candidates are strongly preferred.
