Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of modern software solutions within a cloud-based environment.
The successful candidate will work across the full application lifecycle, translating business requirements into high-quality technical solutions while contributing to software architecture, cloud-native development, DevOps practices, application performance, and continuous delivery initiatives.
The role requires strong expertise in .NET, React, Microsoft Azure, and modern software engineering practices within Agile delivery environments.
Scope of Services / Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional software solutions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance web applications.
- Develop clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Implement front-end and back-end application components.
- Build and maintain REST APIs.
- Integrate application components with data storage solutions.
Cloud Development
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Develop cloud-native and scalable applications.
- Support deployment and operation of distributed cloud solutions.
- Contribute to application scalability, reliability, and resilience.
Software Architecture & Engineering
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
- Apply design patterns and modern software engineering principles.
- Support implementation of microservices-based solutions.
- Promote clean architecture and maintainable code practices.
- Participate in technical solution design and architectural discussions.
DevOps & Continuous Delivery
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
- Support deployment automation and release management activities.
- Work with central teams to strengthen DevOps capabilities.
- Implement and support deployment strategies including blue/green deployments.
- Participate in software lifecycle automation initiatives.
Quality Assurance & Performance
- Ensure high application performance, responsiveness, and quality.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and software defects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Implement unit testing and contribute to testing best practices.
- Support continuous improvement of code quality and maintainability.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
- Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Share knowledge and support adoption of modern technologies and practices.

Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate all of the following:
Professional Experience
.NET Development
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in .NET development.
- Experience must include recent work with:
- .NET Core
- .NET 8, .NET 9, .NET 10 or equivalent modern .NET versions
- REST API development
Front-End Development
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with React.js development.
Cloud Technologies
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure in a professional environment.
DevOps
- Minimum 2 years of experience with DevOps practices including:
- CI/CD pipelines
- YAML-based pipelines
- Deployment automation
- Blue/green deployment strategies
Languages
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
