Job Title: DotNet Tech Lead (Grid Computing & DataSynapse GridServer is a MUST) Location: (Toronto/ Hybrid / 3 days Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Leader with strong expertise in Datasynapse/Grid Computing, C#/.NET, and SQL Server to lead the delivery of high-performance, distributed computing solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with project delivery expertise, driving end-to-end execution while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of grid-based applications. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for grid computing and distributed systems initiatives Design and oversee solutions leveraging Datasynapse/Grid Compute platforms Provide technical leadership in C#/.NET application development Ensure optimal design and performance of SQL Server databases and queries Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and infrastructure Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues in distributed environments Drive best practices in coding standards, architecture, and system design Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and governance standards Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in software development and project leadership roles Strong expertise in Datasynapse/Grid Computing platforms C#/.NET development SQL Server (query optimization, performance tuning) Experience in distributed computing and high-performance systems Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability principles Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects end-to-end Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Solid communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills
Experience in financial services or high-performance computing environments Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools Knowledge of microservices and API-based architectures Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Key Competencies
