Position Overview:

We are seeking a thorough and driven engineer to assist with downstream process workflow development. The ideal candidate will possess industry experience in the purification of products from microbial biomanufacturing processes and have hands‑on experience developing and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and yields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, construction, and optimization of downstream processing workflows for the purification of Lite-1 products.
  • Conduct experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of results to guide improvements.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, protocols, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate engineering efforts into the overall production pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for genetically engineered organisms.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. or B. Eng
  • 2+ years of experience in industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and optimizing processes for industrial biomanufacturing applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
