Just earned your CDL-A or have less than a year of experience? Clemens Food Group's Driver Development Program is designed to help you confidently transition from training to a full-time driving career.
We hire you as a full-time employee from day one and provide 24 weeks of paid, hands-on training based on your experience and skill level. You'll learn from experienced trainers, gain real-world driving experience, and build the foundation for a successful long-term career. After completing training, you'll move into an OTR regional driving role, running consistent routes across our network.
