Key Responsibilities
Safely transport the team, equipment, and materials to and from client sites.
Supervise the daily activities of the garden maintenance team.
Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Conduct quality checks before leaving each property.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Address client concerns professionally and resolve issues where possible.
Report client feedback, complaints, compliments, and maintenance requirements to the owner.
Identify opportunities for additional work or upselling services and communicate these to the owner.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are clean, maintained, and used correctly.
Complete daily reports on work completed, staff attendance, incidents, and any challenges experienced.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Assist the team with general garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, and clean-ups.
