Doing delivery of goods / collection of goods for a company
Warehouse experience will be beneficial as the drivers aren't always booked for deliveries on some days.
Healthy, as you will be expected to load and offload vehicles on their own. And we do have a couple heavier products, like cases on energy drinks. You may need to walk flight of stairs to deliver etc.
Good driving experience is crucial and even in the delivery of goods / collection of goods for a company (where you will also have some knowledge of what you are transporting etc.)
