Dynamic ERP Analyst-Programmer for IT Development Projects
Drive continuous improvement in industrial automation as a skilled ERP Analyst-Programmer. Manage and implement crucial tools like CRM Dynamics, O365, and ERP-Epicor to foster efficiency.
As an integral member of the IT team, you will report to the IT Supervisor and handle the deployment and enhancement of software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Launch new tools such as CRM Dynamics and Mobile Services
• Enhance existing ERP-Epicor functionalities
• Troubleshoot user issues effectively
• Conduct training sessions to empower staff
• Formulate recommendations for innovative solutions
Requirements:
• Computer Science degree required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Familiarity with SQL and database systems
• Effective communication in both French and English
