Overview

Dynamics 365 Developer — Contract | 6 Months | ASAP Start. Adelaide (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH).

We’re partnering with a large public-sector education organisation to engage a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer for a 6-month contract, supporting enhancements and internal improvement initiatives across a core CRM platform used by both staff and students.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working across customisation, solution design and hands-on development, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned to business and user needs
• Deliver customisations, plugins and integrations using modern development practices
• Work closely with business stakeholders to shape technical solutions and resolve issues
• Contribute to internal enhancement projects across CRM and associated platforms
• Support ongoing optimisation of the customer and student experience
• Participate in Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban) environments

Core Technical Skills

• Dynamics 365 (CE) development and configuration
• C#
• JavaScript
• CRM customisation, plugins and solution deployment

Highly Regarded Experience

• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Dynamics 365 modules: Marketing, Event Management
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure DevOps / TFS
• Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban)
• Student Management Systems
• Education or public-sector environments

About You

• 4+ years’ experience developing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders
• High attention to detail and solution quality
• Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite/WFH model
• Eligible to obtain a SA Government Working with Children’s Check (required prior to commencement)
