The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to enable business capabilities and improve operational efficiency. This role collaborates with product teams, business stakeholders, and technical leads to ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality CRM solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Design and build Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Customization & Configuration: Configure and extend Dynamics 365 applications using native features and Power Platform capabilities
- Integration & Data: Develop system integrations and support data modeling, migration, and data quality management
- Delivery Execution: Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and release management
- Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to improve system stability and performance
- Collaboration: Work with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Governance & Quality: Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines
- Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation to support solution sustainment and knowledge transfer
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development
- Proficiency in:
- Dynamics 365 (CRM) customization and configuration
- Dataverse and API/integration development
- C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Experience with system integrations, data handling, and solution deployment
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Service, Finance, or Operations)

Must be amenable for 1 year Project Based Contract
