Dynamics 365 Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Dynamics 365 Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. This role is pivotal in translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures that drive digital transformation for our clients.

The ideal candidate possesses deep functional and technical knowledge across multiple Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.), Power Platform tools, and Azure services. As a senior leader, the Solution Architect will guide multidisciplinary teams, provide governance throughout the delivery lifecycle, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on solution quality, innovation, and best practices within the

Microsoft ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain CRM architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Integrate CRM solutions with other systems and platforms within the organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team during implementation.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the quality of CRM solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and user manuals for CRM solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation and architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Proficiency in CRM development, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Core Dynamics 365 Modules (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service and Dynamics 365 Contact Center)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Certifications

While not mandatory, the following Microsoft certifications are highly advantageous for professionals in a Solution Architect role.

o PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect

o PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer

o PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant

o MB-280: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate

o MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant

o MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant
