We are seeking a creative and experienced E-Learning Developer for a 3-4 month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will transform existing training content, instructional design materials, voiceovers, and learning assets into engaging, interactive e-learning experiences. This role has the potential to convert into a full-time position based on project performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Mindsmith AI, Colossyan, or similar authoring tools.
- Transform training content, presentations, storyboards, and voiceovers into engaging digital learning experiences.
- Create learner interactions, assessments, simulations, and multimedia-rich learning assets.
- Design visually appealing content aligned with learning objectives and brand guidelines.
- Publish and deploy courses in SCORM/xAPI formats and ensure LMS compatibility.
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Perform quality checks and optimize content for learner engagement and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in e-learning development and multimedia learning design.
- Hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Experience with AI-based learning tools such as Mindsmith AI, Colossyan, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS deployment, and course publishing standards.
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, or equivalent.
- Experience creating storyboards and interactive learning scenarios.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with corporate training programs.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, or similar.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for content generation, video creation, and learning personalization.

- Duration: 3-4 Months
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Employment Type: Contract with potential full-time conversion after successful completion of the engagement.
