Ensure the implementation, compliance and continuous improvement of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Management Systems in order to prevent accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents and impacts, ensure legal compliance and promote organizational culture based on responsibility and care.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System in accordance with corporate standards and legal requirements.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by preventing occupational accidents, illnesses, and environmental incidents.
  • Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and implement effective preventive and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and customer requirements.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs to strengthen employee awareness and engagement.
  • Lead the site's Occupational Health and Medical Service activities.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement through internal and external audits, performance monitoring, and implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, monitor, and report EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Maintain EHS documentation, permits, and reports required by authorities, customers, and corporate standards.
  • Manage the EHS department budget, suppliers, contracts, and related administrative activities.
  • Support senior management by providing guidance on EHS Management System requirements and compliance.
  • Promote environmental sustainability initiatives and safe working practices across all organizational levels.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS/HS&E Coordinator role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS Management Systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Experience with EHS legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
