The Role Working directly with the Environmental Health & Safety Manager, you'll support the delivery of EH&S programmes across site while helping to maintain a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace. Support EH&S policies, procedures and management systems Assist with audits, inspections and compliance monitoring activities Carry out routine site inspections and identify potential risks Support incident investigations and corrective action tracking Maintain EH&S records, documentation and reporting systems Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety awareness initiatives Support environmental programmes including waste and sustainability activities Assist in maintaining ISO management systems and driving continuous improvement The Person This role is open to both graduates and candidates with some industry experience. Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science or a related discipline Graduates encouraged to apply 13 years' EH&S experience would be an advantage Knowledge of environmental and health & safety legislation Exposure to ISO management systems is beneficial Strong communication and organisational skills Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining documentation systems The Package €36,000 €40,000 for graduates Up to €50,000 DOE for experienced candidates Healthcare Pension Strong training and development support Exposure to a broad range of EH&S activities Clear progression opportunities within the business Supportive team environment with mentorship from an experienced EH&S Manager Skills: health and safety ehs ISO Compliance environmental compliance Benefits: healthcare pension
