RESPONSABILITIES :
- Identify and implement applicable corporate and legal standards regarding safety, hygiene environment and health.
- Attend audits of government and corporate agencies
- Lead investigations and root cause analysis related to work incidents, health, or environmental risks.
- Plan and implement industrial hygiene monitoring in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordination of emergency brigades
- Evaluate processes, jobs, devices, equipment, etc. with a preventive and ergonomic approach.
- Advise departments on current regulations and legislation, to avoid accidents and occupational diseases.
- Develop and participate in improvement projects and promote the values of the safety culture.
- Interact with different government agencies, as well as all levels of the organization.
- Follow up on corrective actions derived from investigations, inspections, or audits.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Medical Service, Industrial Safety, Hygiene and Environment
- Conduct planned and unplanned audits of the entire company to identify potential risks.
- In charge of guards at the plant
REQUIREMENTS :
- Engineering or bachelor’s degree in safety and Environment, Industrial, Administration and/or related
- At least 3 years of experience
- Advanced English, Computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Knowledge of STPS, SSA, IMSS regulations, ergonomics, Federal Labor Law, project development, station evaluation, state, and federal environmental regulations
