Senior Associate

Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics
- Demonstrated experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to GPUs, TPUs, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry
- High level of academic achievement and prior Am Law or equivalent law firm experience
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prosecute high-quality U.S. and international patent applications
- Manage and supervise patent portfolios for a diverse, technology-focused client base
- Mentor and oversee junior associates, providing guidance and training
- Ensure timely, strategic, and accurate patent filings aligned with client goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional legal and technical teams on IP strategy
