Position Summary: The EMT Apprentice is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training in the repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment. The role supports experienced technicians and supervisors while gaining practical experience and knowledge in a safety-conscious, quality-driven work environment. This position serves as the foundation for advancement within the electromechanical technician career path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strictly comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Follow established quality assurance (QA) standards during repair and inspection tasks.
- Assist with the repair and servicing of customer equipment under supervision.
- Accurately document equipment failures and repair observations.
- Participate in ongoing training and performance development programs.
- Operate specialized repair and testing equipment after proper instruction and under supervision.
- Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and operational procedures.
