Position Electronic Engineer
What You'll Be Doing Create and develop effective programs that will result in new product offerings or cost‐saving programs to meet specific needs of the customer.
Act as a technical leader for specific supplier products.
Analyze technical data and determine appropriate information to provide to customers so it exceeds their needs and results in additional sales opportunities and design wins.
Develop relationships with key engineering personnel—internal and external—to provide a partnership approach with customers whenever possible.
Attend technical and sales training in efforts to stay abreast of current technology.
Develop product performance specifications and product development roadmaps.
Develop and execute technical strategies to generate product demand.
Deliver professional presentations and business proposals to drive project adoption.
Work cross‐functionally with Arrow Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and Sales Engineers to support internal clients and solve complex hardware integration challenges.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree, 4+ years of industry experience.
Proven experience integrating hardware architectures, focusing on interconnect systems, connectors, advanced cabling, and passive components.
Fluent verbal and written English.
Must be fully capable of actively participating in, and leading, corporate meetings and technical presentations with international teams.
Direct technical knowledge of antennas, sensors, actuators, and electromechanical systems.
Practical experience with 3 D mechanical prototyping, mechanical concepts, and rapid prototyping technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex logs, component datasheets, and technical records.
Self‐motivated and adaptive professional capable of building demand strategies from the ground up.
Passionate about results, a strong team player, and capable of working under pressure across cross‐functional matrix teams.
