This position is responsible for the design, development, and validation of electronic circuits for embedded systems, under the guidance of the Lead Hardware Engineer. The role ensures compliance with product requirements defined by the product line, customer specifications, and relevant industry regulations. This position is also responsible for developing validation plans for new products and coordinating their execution using internal and external resources.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, build, and test electrical and/or electronic circuits for new product development. Develop and propose electrical/electronic design solutions that support continuous improvement initiatives for new and existing products, with a focus on cost reduction, manufacturability, and delivery targets. Create product validation and test plans, including defining test requirements, setting up test platforms, coordinating laboratory build activities, and executing validation testing. Collaborate closely with electronic component and circuit suppliers to ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements. Support adherence to relevant regulations and customer-specific standards throughout the product development lifecycle. Prepare and maintain clear, accurate, and complete technical documentation and test reports. COMPETENCES AND SKILLS Solid foundation in analog and digital electronics. Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuit analysis, schematic interpretation, and component specifications. Hands‑on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers. Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture and PCB design. Experience with Altium Designer development suite for schematic capture and PCB design is a plus. Ability to design, execute, and document electrical product testing and validation activities. Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. Clear and effective technical communication and report writing. English proficiency (minimum 85%).
