Company Description

Babylonia is a controlled-environment agriculture company based in Kozhikode. We build living walls, indoor farming systems, and the embedded software that runs them. Small team, real products, a lot still to build.

Role Description

This is a six-month, on-site embedded systems internship in Kozhikode. You will write and debug firmware for our living wall and indoor farming products: ESP32-based control boards, sensor integration, pump control, and display nodes. You will test on real hardware sitting in front of you, not simulations, and the code you write ships inside a product going to market this year. You will work directly with our firmware developer and the founder.

Qualifications

  • Currently in your final year, or recently graduated, in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders welcome.
  • Comfortable with C or C++.
  • Have worked with ESP32, Arduino, or a similar microcontroller, even just on your own projects.
  • Basic electronics and soldering.
  • Bring one project you have built. It does not need to be finished or impressive.

How to apply

  • Apply here, or write to and tell us one thing you have built.
