Embedded Linux Software Test Engineer

Become a key player at HTG as an Embedded Linux & Network Software Test Automation Engineer. Focus on automated testing and validation of advanced network operating systems.
HTG is searching for an experienced engineer to work on Layer 3 networking features within an Embedded Linux framework. You’ll develop Python automation, maintain test frameworks, and troubleshoot defects. Collaboration with development teams will be crucial to ensuring high-quality software delivery and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop automated test frameworks and test cases
• Validate Embedded Linux networking features
• Support CI/CD testing with Python automation
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Enhance software quality through developer collaboration
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in C, Python, and Embedded Linux
• In-depth knowledge of Linux internals and networking
• Experience with automated test framework development

• Familiarity with Cisco IOS XR and similar systems
