Retribuzione / Benefits
Participate in rotations across Operations focusing on safety, process technology (mixing, feeding, extrusion, pelletizing), production and resource planning, and lean improvement
Gain exposure to product development fundamentals, including formulation, scaling to production, and early‑stage quality control
Learn about quality management systems, product specifications, and methods for assessing product performance and compliance
Work across multiple production locations to share best practices and build cross‑functional understanding
Support the transfer of insights from rotations to future roles and contribute to continuous process improvements
Responsabilità
Bachelor's or Master degree in Chemical Engineering
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience (including internships)
Fluent in English and Italian
Good spoken and written communication skills
Good active listening skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
EU Category B driving license
Desire to learn and contribute to the Polymer/Chemical Industry
