Engineering Development Program (EDP)
Program Length: 24-48 Months

Pella's Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a comprehensive rotational program designed to accelerate the development of early-career engineers through hands-on experience, technical skill building, and cross-functional exposure.
Over the course of the program, participants complete a series of rotational assignments aligned with Pella's strategic priorities, gaining experience across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain functions. Each rotation is designed to build technical expertise, expand business knowledge, and develop leadership capabilities while contributing to meaningful projects and business results.
Participants work alongside experienced professionals and leaders, gaining exposure to a variety of disciplines while building the skills needed for long-term success at Pella.

Compensation: The starting salary for this position is $77,350 annually. Compensation for this role is established through Pella Corporation’s college recruiting program. Eligible participants may receive transition assistance in accordance with company policies and program guidelines. Benefits are available in accordance with the terms of applicable benefit plans.
