Key responsibilities in your new role


  • Define architecture and lead the development of an agentic harness to enable code generation for embedded systems in product quality

  • Guide the AI technology stack decisions for a scalable and market adaptive solution

  • Ensure that verification strategy matches the agentic design and operations principles

  • Take ownership to achieve production grade quality in the generated code

  • Represent the agentic software development strategy and our solution in customer interaction

  • Set the technical direction of the agentic software development team

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed


You have strong technical authority and useit to align teams on a coherent, scalable solution—rather than local orshort-term optimizations. You make and document engineering trade-offs clearly,drive technical decisions under uncertainty, and maintain a high bar forarchitecture, reliability, and maintainability. You communicate precisely,remove blockers, and ensure solutions are adoptable at scale through pragmaticstandards, well-defined interfaces, and measurable engineering outcomes. Youare comfortable making corporation-level technical decisions and driving themto implementation.


  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar

  • 10+ years in embedded systems development and software development, including technical leadership responsibilities

  • Familiarity with ARM-Cortex-M based and/or AURIX microcontroller platforms; strong understanding of firmware architecture and RTOS concepts

  • Hands-on experience with - and passion for - agentic code generation and agentic verification in the embedded systems domain

  • Proven technical leadership across the full embedded R&D lifecycle: requirements, architecture/design, implementation, verification, product validation, maintenance

  • Familiarity with process standards like Automotive SPICE and functional safety standards (ISO 26262)

  • Demonstrated ability to make and drive corporation-level technical decisions
