You will engage in designing systems for scalability and reliability while employing automation to alleviate operational toil.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production reliability for high-SLA environments
• Define tenant SLOs and reliability models
• Lead customer-impacting incident response
• Collaborate on design documents and code reviews
• Use automated tools to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
• 6+ years in engineering, with 3+ years in production roles
• Kubernetes expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Solid experience with incident management and SLO design
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python
• Capacity to work independently with engineering teams
