Senior Engineer (Core Java / RESTful API) (Public Enterprise)

• Contribute to the support of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and end user request workflow, identity recertification, and relevant compliance dashboard for daily operations.
• Perform requirement collection, program development, integration and assurance testing and production system implementation activities for IAM platform releases.
• Review and design the integration approach with new or existing Club’s applications for account (de-provisioning and account aggregation, e.g. using SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors, Web service (RESTful API) or JDBC.
• Assist program development, system implementation, maintain training materials, process and control documentation.
• Support operations of the IAM infrastructure, supports problem solving for directories, applications and other solutions owned by the IAM team, and lead the problem management for recurrent or complex issues.
• Review changes to IAM platform and propose improvements from system support’s perspectives; participate to the deployment stage, and conduct documents up-to-date at all regularly.
• Ensures all deliverables follow Club’s system assurance and release management standards.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development preferable in Identity and Access Management project.
• Hands on java development and debugging experience.
• Experience in HTML, Core Java and RESTful API.
• Strong Understanding of Java APIs, libraries, methods, XML, Tomcat, Active Directory, LDAP directories, RDMS and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Java Framework (Spring MVC) is an advantage.
• Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), using SailPoint IdentityIQ, and good understanding of IAM processes/procedures will be a definite advantage.
• Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the clients' business environment and map the requirements into IAM solutions.
• Experience on release management and/or version control will be an advantage.
• Solid experience in IAM is required for the technical lead position, candidate with less experience will be considered as system engineer.
• Capable of system development specializing in application integration.
