Responsibilities:
Perform as project coordinator for the Modernization Team
Ensure smooth and on schedule project execution cycle in terms of safety, code & regulations compliance, project & field quality and cost control.
Assist in preparing document submissions, project status reports, highlight potential risks and propose solutions.
Assist in ensuring field modification works are completed accordance to Company standards, safety requirements, Government regulations and clients’ requirements.
Closely work with internal departments and external suppliers for on-time material orderings and deliveries.
Assist in implementing process and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Assist in coordinating and working closely with Government sectors such as EMSD to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Other tasks and projects, as assigned
Requirements:
Undergraduate in Engineering or Building Services, or related disciplines
Internship or previous working experience in a E&M Engineering role or Service Operation is a plus
Ability to read, interpret and create mechanical drawings
Working knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment
Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate/ advanced user of Excel)
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
