You will work hand-in-hand with senior engineers to optimize production methods and adapt Ergonomic requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with support staff to resolve manufacturing issues
• Participate in Advance Quality Planning (AQP)
• Address process scrap issues proactively
• Assist in new product and process introductions
• Update tool lists and setup instructions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Required Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensing
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and CAD/CAM software
• Strong teamwork and attention to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
