Senior Engineer with Python & Go Expertise

Be a part of a leader in HR SaaS as a Senior Software Engineer. Your role will focus on developing features with Python, Go, and mentoring your teammates.
This full-time position involves applying your problem-solving skills to fulfill software requirements and improve user experiences. You will work directly with product managers, mentor junior engineers, and ensure all developments align with security best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and integrate features efficiently
• Guide junior engineers on engineering responsibilities
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality
• Execute investigative “Spikes” to lessen risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field
• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Node.js, PHP & React
• Knowledge of GCP, Kubernetes, and various databases
• Strong communication skills
