What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions across multiple platforms, including third-party integrations

• Lead technical problem-solving efforts, addressing advanced software challenges and guiding teams through critical project phases

• Define and establish architecture principles, design standards, and technology frameworks for products and projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions

• Review and contribute to testing processes, including test design, analysis, and certification to ensure high-quality software delivery

• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to team members, acting as a senior specialist and trusted advisor

• Drive innovation by developing prototypes and exploring new technologies that can shape future product offerings

• Support broader business functions by sharing expertise, lessons learned, and best practices across the organization

• Lead or contribute to technical leadership initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

• Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in software development, including designing and delivering complex systems

• Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices

• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams
