Key responsibilities in your new role


In this role, you will sustain and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure stable yield, product quality, and operational productivity while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and efficiency. You will lead yield, quality, and cost improvement projects, provide lot disposition decisions, and support process qualifications, engineering changes, and new product introductions to achieve business objectives and customer requirements.


  • Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure stable yield, quality, and productivity
  • Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Drive yield improvement, quality enhancement, and cost reduction projects to meet business objectives
  • Review and provide lot disposition decisions to ensure product quality and timely delivery
  • Support qualification, process changes, and new product introductions

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed


You strive to apply your expertise in laser marking, laser singulation, mechanical sawing, pick and place processes, and quality management activities to support effective lot disposition, quality issue resolution, and manufacturing excellence. You possess strong knowledge of quality control, inspection techniques, and problem-solving methodologies, with the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate across stakeholders, and perform well under pressure to meet business objectives and deadlines.


  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline with a minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a related field
  • Experience in laser marking, laser singulation, mechanical sawing, pick and place
  • Experience in handling MRB and FAR activities
  • Responsible for lot disposition and quality issue resolution
  • Knowledge of quality control, inspection techniques, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good presentation and communication skills; able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
