Main Responsibility :
The main responsibility of this role is to manage and implement engineering changes across systems and processes, as well as configurable machines, ensuring accurate updates in SAP and related tools, coordinating with global and local teams, analyzing and maintaining BOMs and master data, executing machine configuration for SAP system and production requirements, and acting as a communication bridge to deliver projects on time while keeping data aligned and processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and implement engineering changes (ECNs) in our US and MX sites and SAP systems.
- Create and update technical data, BOMs, routings, and master data in SAP.
- Create and update configurable machines, service kits and accessories in SAP.
- Coordinate with global and local teams to ensure smooth process execution.
- Lead weekly meetings and maintain KPI metrics and tracking reports.
- Perform periodic ERP (SAP) data clean-ups to align with PDMLink and site requirements.
- Develop configurable machine variants and support plant operations.
- Analyze BOMs to identify material changes and create new materials as needed.
- Support multiple new implementation projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
- Act as a communication bridge for local plant teams in terms of SAP and ECNs implementations.
- Implementation of continuous improvement proposals.
Education & Experience :Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics. (required).
3-5 years in a similar role.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Advanced English proficiency. (One direct customer is our US distribution center)
- ERP (SAP) intermediate/advanced knowledge and proficiency (production, warehouse and finance modules)
- End to end engineering changes implementation across whole value stream.
- Assembly and industrialization processes.
- High analyzing capacity, criteria and judgment for decision making.
- Assertive communication (oral and written), negotiation skills, positive influence, teamwork.
- Adaptability to organizational culture and change.
- Workload management.

- Open to new ideas and teamwork with various departments.
