Role Summary
As a Manager of the Developer Experience team, you will build and lead a team which builds, improves and maintains the tools, platforms and processes we use, enabling our developers to build with speed, confidence and security. To drive success in this role, you will have a customer oriented mindset and a track record of mentoring engineers and building high-performing engineering teams.
You will act as a product manager and engineering lead for our internal platforms, treating other engineers as your customers. You will gather requirements from developers, track key metrics (e.g. DORA, SPACE), and continuously improve the developer experience. Regular collaboration with infrastructure, security and application engineering teams will be key in driving measurable improvements in the entire developer experience.
