We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as an Engineering Manager with a manufacturer in the Tri‑City area!

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Leading a team of engineers
Review and approve models and structural drawings
Budget Management
Technical expertise and performing hands‑on engineering work
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Mandatory Requirements:

8+ years in engineering with 3+ years in a management position
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Knowledge of Structural design codes, metal fabrication and construction
Experience in a custom manufacturing environment is an asset

Location: Cambridge, ON

Salary Range: $100k to 130k, RRSP, benefits
