Overview
Airbus offers 70+ vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – Discover II 2026/2027. The program starts 5th October 2026 and runs until 1st October 2027. Recent graduates from engineering or related disciplines are invited to apply. The selection process will take place from April to July 2026.
Program Description
Through a partnership with Camilo José Cela University, the Discover program blends a Master’s study (three training blocks) with an 11‑month internship at Airbus. Internship begins early October 2026 and runs 11 months on a full‑time basis (40 h/week) with an attractive study grant. Training covers advanced aircraft technology, Agile/DevOps practices, data analytics, and financial management.
Responsibilities
Support the management of A400M configuration temporary changes for serial and development aircraft.
Assist in producing documentation required for regulatory permits.
Follow up and advance configuration requisites to ensure smooth adherence to the aircraft plan.
Engage the DevOps Team to develop small applications to facilitate administrative and technical projects.
Present delivered projects to the engineering community.
Support the preparation of informative talks to disseminate engineering projects.
Knowledge to be Acquired
Aircraft configuration procedures related to aircraft design.
Interrelation of different aircraft systems.
Normatives for obtaining flight permits.
Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology in a rapid‑development DevOps team.
Application of AI and data analytics in a restricted environment.
Fundamentals of financial management.
Engineering environment within a Final Assembly Line.
Required Skills
Degree in Engineering: Informatics, Telecommunications, Industrial, Aeronautical, etc.
Level C1 English recommended.
Proficiency in Office (Microsoft & Google), coding (Python, GScript, AI, Data Analytics), and understanding of aircraft technology.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Team spirit and strong collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in complex and international environments.
Additional Information
Internship location: Design Engineering MAP Team, Sevilla Final Assembly Line, Spain.
Tools: Microsoft and Google office suites, Python, VSCode, VBA, GScripts, internal Airbus tools (MySI, SAP, APS …).
